For our regular residential clients, we may bring a cleaning kit and leave it at your residence for our cleaners to use when they arrive.

Remove all items from surfaces and put away any clutter.

• We move a reasonable item's and light appliance's to clean around.
• If there is alot of item's to be moved, this will be ‘Add-on’ request.
• Sort items into categories: keep, donate, discard. (Add-on request)

Maintenance

• Wipe down surfaces and appliances daily to prevent buildup.
• Conduct a deep clean monthly to maintain cleanliness.

Safety

• Use gloves to protect your hands from harsh cleaners.
• Ensure good ventilation when using strong cleaning products.
• Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning appliances and surfaces.

High areas first working our way down

• Dust ceiling corners, light fixtures, and ceiling fans using a microfiber cloth or an extendable duster.
• Clean air vents and replace filters if necessary. (Add-on request)

Doors, Walls and Baseboards

• Clean door's front and back. Use Eco-Max glass cleaner for glass doors and multi-purpose cleaner for regular doors.
• Clean door handles and touch-points, with Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner.
• Wipe down walls and baseboards with a damp cloth and mild cleaner.
• Pay attention to scuff marks and stains.

Furnature & Surfaces

• Dust and wipe down all exterior furniture, including dressers, nightstands, and shelves.
• Polish wood furniture with a suitable wood cleaner or polish.
• Clean and organize the inside of drawers and closets. (Add-on request)

Leather Furniture

• Wipe down with a damp cloth and use a leather conditioner if needed.

Wood Furniture

• Dust with a microfiber cloth.
• Polish with a suitable wood cleaner or polish.

Bookshelves & Cabinets or shelves - (Add-on request)

• Remove all items and dust shelves.
• Wipe down with a damp cloth and replace items neatly.

Upholstered Furniture

• Vacuum sofas and chairs, including cushions, crevices, and underneath.
• Spot clean stains with upholstery cleaner. (Add-on request)
• WetVac spot cleaner if recommended. (Add-on request)

Wall Art & Frames

• Dust picture frames, mirrors, and wall art.
• Clean glass surfaces with a glass cleaner.

Decorative Objects

• Dust and wipe down all decorative items.
• Clean any artificial plants or greenery.
  

Shake Out and Vacuum

• Take entryway mats and rugs outside to shake out dust and dirt.
• Vacuum both sides thoroughly.

Wash or Shampoo - (Add-on request)

• If machine washable, wash mats and rugs according to care instructions.
• For larger rugs, consider using a carpet cleaner or shampoo.

Carpeted Floors

• Vacuum thoroughly, including under furniture.
• Spot clean stains or consider a deep steam cleaning. (Add-on request)

Hardwood or Tile Floors

• Sweep or vacuum to remove dust and debris.
• Mop the floor with a suitable cleaner for your flooring type (tile, vinyl, hardwood, etc.).
• Use a floor steamer if appropriate for a deeper clean. (Add-on request)

Polish & Shine

• Polish any metal fixtures or hardware, such as door handles and hooks.
• Clean mirrors with glass cleaner for a streak-free shine.

Lighting

• Dust and polish light fixtures and lamps.
• Replace any burnt-out bulbs. (Add-on request)

• Wash or dry clean throw pillows, blankets, and other fabric items.
• Bed making services.

Replace Filters - (Add-on request)

• Check and replace HVAC and air purifier filters if needed.

Trash and Recycling - (Add-on request)

• Empty and clean trash and recycling bins.
• Replace liners.

Refrigerator & Freezer 

• We provide a quick wipe of the exterior with our normal checklist.
• Detailed deep cleaning inside will be an additional request.

Deep cleaning: Fridge - (Add-on request)

• • Empty and discard expired items.
  • Remove shelves and drawers; wash with warm, soapy water.
  • Wipe down the interior with a mixture of water and baking soda.
  • Clean the door seals and exterior.
  • Vacuum the coils at the back or bottom.

Oven & Stove

• We provide a quick wipe of the exterior with our normal checklist.
• Detailed deep cleaning inside will be an additional request.

Deep cleaning: Oven & Stove - (Add-on request) 

• • Remove oven racks and soak them in warm, soapy water.
  • Use a commercial oven cleaner or a baking soda and water paste to clean the oven interior.
  • Clean the stovetop with a degreaser, paying special attention to burners and knobs.
  • Wipe down the range hood and replace or clean the filter.
  • Final touch to put a Stainless protection, if needed.

Dishwasher

• We provide a quick wipe of the exterior with our normal checklist.
• Detailed deep cleaning inside will be an additional request.

Deep cleaning: Dishwasher - (Add-on request)

• • Remove and clean the filter.
  • Run an empty cycle with a proper solution or a cup of white vinegar.
  • Wipe down the interior and exterior.
  • Final touch to put a Stainless protection, if needed.

Microwave

• Wipe down the interior with a damp cloth.
• Clean the exterior, including the control panel.
• Final touch to put a Stainless protection, if needed.
• Stubborns spots - Fill a microwave-safe bowl with water and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Add a solution , if needed.

Small Appliances

• Clean toasters, coffee makers, blenders, etc.
• Empty and clean crumb trays, carafes, and other removable parts.
• Some appliances, a detailed deep cleaning inside will be an additional request.

Clean Exteriors

• Wipe down cabinet doors, handles and drawer fronts with an Eco-Max multi - purpose cleaner or Kitchen degreaser if needed.
• Clean the top of the kitchen cupboards. Use a kitchen degreaser, Magic Eraser, as needed. (Add-on request)

Clean Surfaces

• Clear and clean countertops with an Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner or Kitchen degreaser if needed.
• Pay special attention to grout lines on tile backsplashes.

Clean Interiors - (Add-on request)

• Wipe down the inside of all cabinets and drawers with a damp cloth.
• Use Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner or Kitchen degreaser if needed and use a plastic scraper to remove stubborn spots.

Clean and Disinfect

• Scrub the sink with a soap, rinse then add scrub N shine for final cleaning.
• Clean and polish faucets and handles.
• Run hot water and a bit of dish soap down the drain to clean and freshen it.

Vacuum

• Vacuum the kitchen floor
• Pulling out appliances to clean and vacuum behind. (Add-on request)

Mop

• Mop with a floor cleaner suitable for your flooring type using light mop or mop bucket.

Walls and Baseboards

• Wipe down walls and baseboards with a damp cloth and mild cleaner.

Trash and Recycling - (Add-on request)

• Empty and clean trash cans and recycling bins.
• Replace liners and ensure bins are dry before use.

Windows

• Clean windowsills.
• Quick clean of windows
• Deep clean of screens and tracks . (Add-on request)

• Clean glass shower doors with a bathroom solution or glass cleaner.
• For shower curtains, wash them in the washing machine or wipe down with a cloth and cleaner. (Upon request)

• Apply toilet bowl cleaner under the rim and let it sit.
• Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush, paying attention to under the rim.
• Wipe down the outside of the toilet, including the tank, handle, and base, with a disinfectant cleaner.

• Remove items from the countertop and wipe it down with an Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner.
• Clean the sink with a bathroom cleaner, scrubbing around the faucet and drain.
• Rinse thoroughly and polish fixtures with a dry cloth.

  • Empty and wipe down the inside of cabinets and drawers.
  • Organize and declutter items before replacing them.
    

• Spray with glass cleaner and wipe with a microfiber cloth for a streak-free finish.

• Sweep or vacuum the bathroom floor to remove dust and hair.
• Mop the floor with a suitable cleaner for your flooring type.
• Wipe down baseboards with a damp cloth and Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner. (Use duster or vacuum, if needed.)

Ventilation Fan

• Dust and clean the ventilation fan cover.
• If removable, wash it with soap and water.

Trash Can - (Add-on request)

• Empty and clean the trash can with disinfectant.
• Replace the liner.

Towels and Bath Mats - (Add-on request)

• Replace dirty towels with clean ones.
• Wash bath mats.

Restock Supplies - (Add-on request)

• Request personal amenity set up or restocking of supplies, toilet paper, etc.
