Clean Surfaces

  • Clear and clean countertops with an Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner or Kitchen degreaser if needed.
  • Pay special attention to grout lines on tile backsplashes.

  • Wipe down the inside of all cabinets and drawers with a damp cloth.
  • Use Eco-Max multi-purpose cleaner or Kitchen degreaser if needed and use a plastic scraper to remove stubborn spots.

Clean and Disinfect

  • Scrub the sink with a soap, rinse then add scrub N shine for final cleaning.
  • Clean and polish faucets and handles.
  • Run hot water and a bit of dish soap down the drain to clean and freshen it.

Do you do room turn over / short term rentals?

Yes! Supporting hosts and short term rentals are one of our specialties. If you are looking for housekeeping services such as room turnover, bed making, laundry services, etc., we do provide services for short term rental spaces.

I need a move-out/deep clean. Is this the right form?

What if I need to reschedule a clean?

Life happens, and if you need to reschedule a clean, simply get in touch ideally within 48 hours of the appointment, and we will be happy to move it for you.

We require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Typically, this is a 2 hour charge.

How accurate are your arrival times?

  • Estimated arrival time is always a given estimate and accuracy may depend on location, our team schedule, and daily circumstances.
  • We book arrival times in 30 minute windows in the mornings (ex. 9:00am-9:30am), and 60 minute arrival windows in the afternoons (ex. 1:00pm-2:00pm), as often our days can be unpredictable.
  • If you require a strict arrival time, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

  • When booking regular recurring residential cleanings, please note that the same cleaner may not be assigned each time, and our cleaning team may consist of one or more cleaners depending on scheduling and availability of our team.
  • If requested, we will always do our best to match you up with the same cleaner every time, but it is not guaranteed. Providing us with flexibility on cleaning days and times will give you the best chance of getting the same cleaner!
  • We operate in teams of 2, 3 or individually. Based on scheduling, we may send 1 cleaner or 2-3 depending on our team availability and the needs of the job. Please request if you would like a specific number of cleaners.

Do I have to sign up for a contract?

Heck no! At Clean Victoria, we don't make you sign a contract that locks you into a specific schedule. We simply want to provide you with a great clean that is tailored to your needs and fits your schedule. You can cancel anytime as per our terms of service.
