Our Turnover Services

We offer housekeeping services for short term vacation rentals in the Greater Victoria BC area to make your spaces clean and sanitized for your next guest. We will give you peace of mind that you have someone in your corner to clean linens, make beds, clean surfaces, sanitize and prepare a fantastic guest experience for all of your guests.

Before & After Photos

As a host, it is important to document how are your how your space is prepared for your guest, as well as how it was left when they leave.  

If you are a hosting remotely, let us be your eyes by providing before and after photography and notifying you of maintenance issues and out of stock items.

Quality Control

Cleanliness is one of the most importaint details when hosting and your guests expect arriving at a clean and sanitized space.

Our cleaners follow a detailed checklist to ensure a high quality clean and fresh linens that your guests will feel confident staying in.

Maintenace

Over time, your space can develop maintenance issues must be addressed to ensure a great experience.

We offer basic repair and maintenance services that can cover issues such as loose fixures, tub sealant, light bulbs, etc. If something larger comes up, we do have contractors in our corner that are here to serve.
